Document of the service that issued the driving license, which contains all the details of the license and its holder and certifies that this license is not held by any authority of the issuing state, due to any penalty. This document is submitted with the care of the interested party by correspondence with the respective Greek consulate, to the competent Department of Transport & Communications, which is translated as above.
