4. Driving License. Upon submission of the supporting documents, the applicant delivers each driving license he holds (car, motorcycle or moped driving license issued by the Traffic Services of the Hellenic Police), in order to be issued a new unified.
5. Four passport type photos
6. Administrative Fee worth 50,00 € for the renewal of categories of driving license
7. Administrative Fee worth 18,00 € stamp for the renewal of the categories of driving license
8. Administrative Fee 30,00 € for the printing of the driving license
9. a) If you are up to 80 years old, two health certificates from an ophthalmologist and a physician are required, contracted with the MoT. b) If you are 80 years old or older, four health certificates are required from an ophthalmologist, a physician, a psychiatrist and an otolaryngologist, contracted with the MoT
